8 days, 2 UNESCO world heritage sites + one of the new 7 wonders of the world + one of Earth’s most beautiful situated cities! South Africa is not just a rainbow nation of people but of breath taking landscapes too. You will be guided to numerous secret locations and off the tourist path places.
This Tour can be done anytime and has the option to extend by 2 or 3 days to do a Big 5 Safari in Malaria Free Kwazulu Natal Game reserve,
BEST TIME: This Tour can be done anytime, Autumn (May/June) is our pick of the best months, Spring (Sept-Nov) is great. Summer (Dec- Feb) is best for the Drakensberg region, lush colourful landscapes and drama in the sky. Winter offers dramatic seascapes in the Cape and cold blue skies in the mountains with little chance of rain, so good for night skies.
GROUP SIZE:|Min 2 – max 8 participants (non-photographer travel partners are welcome).
ACCOMMODATION: 4 Star Hotel accommodation in Cape Town and the Drakensberg strategically located for optimal photographic opportunities
LEVEL OF FITNESS: Easy to Moderate | Some locations do require walking but we always try have an alternative option, for example if you can’t walk to the secret cave (which is an hour walk up on trail with loose rocks) an alternative seascape sunset will be available.

Accommodation rates change according to season. In general high season is July to Oct and major holidays like Xmas and Easter. Rates below are approximate and can change during peak times and by the same token, during off peak times, the rate can come down.

DAY 2: Sunrise secret city location, Cape Winelands, sensational off tourist route seascape sunset location
DAY 3: Secret colourful lake for sunrise, Kirstenbosch Gardens, special cave sunset
DAY 4: Full Day Cape Point, Muizenberg Colourful Bathing Huts | Cape Point | Sunset Chapmans Peak Drive
DAY 5: Travel Day 2hr flight to Durban, 4 hr drive to Drakensberg Royal Natal National Park for sunset
DAY 6: Full Day Sunrise, Sunset, Night Sky Royal Natal NP.
DAY 7: Sunrise shoot, followed by 2 hr drive to Witsiehoek & Sentinal car park for sunset
DAY 8: 3 hour drive to Durban international airport for flights or overnight accommodation can be arranged.
